Overview

As a Depot Airline Maintenance SME, you will play a pivotal role in supporting aircraft maintenance operations at a depot level. Your expertise will be instrumental in overseeing and optimizing Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) systems, ensuring that processes run efficiently and effectively. You will leverage your in-depth knowledge of depot airline maintenance to address complex challenges, streamline workflows, and contribute to the overall success of maintenance operations.

This role requires a hands-on approach, where you will collaborate with teams to implement best practices, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement in maintenance procedures. To excel in this position, you should have a strong background in aircraft maintenance, with at least four years of experience in the industry or a related job function.

Requirements

• US Citizen located in or near Ogden, UT
• 4+ years of experience SME in Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) system or extensive background in depot airline maintenance
• 4+ years of industry or job function experience with aircraft maintenance
• Experience with Impresa software is helpful
• Familiarity with change management methodologies is helpful

• The ability to assist with OCM activities
