SmartTalent Kirkland is looking for a reliable and organized Office Administrator to handle key administrative duties with a focus on purchasing, order management, and inventory coordination. The ideal candidate will be detail-driven, adaptable, and able to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential to succeed in this role.
TITLE: Office Admin
LOCATION: Woodinville, WA
SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday 6am - 2:30pm
PAY: $25 - $26

Responsibilities
• Create, process, and monitor purchase orders in collaboration with team leaders.
• Receive and review incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy against purchase documentation and addressing any discrepancies.
• Keep inventory records up to date, perform routine audits, and assist with restocking efforts.
• Serve as the point of contact for vendors and suppliers to track orders, resolve concerns, and confirm timely deliveries.
• Assist with broader administrative support including document organization, reporting, and other office tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
• Previous experience in administrative support, procurement, or inventory coordination.
• Working knowledge of purchase order systems and inventory tracking tools.
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, with accurate data entry capabilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
