You’ll play a key role in ensuring our facilities run smoothly and efficiently.In this role, you will:* Supervise and inspire a team of custodians, guiding their daily work and helping them succeed.* Plan and organize work schedules, supply needs, and staffing to keep operations running at their best.* Manage resources wisely, including budgeting for supplies and equipment.* Evaluate performance, enforce policies, and ensure procedures are followed correctly.* Recommend improvements to enhance our custodial operations and workplace standards.If you’re someone who enjoys leadership, problem-solving, and making a visible impact, this is your opportunity to shine!As a successful candidate, you will work the swing shift from 6:30 pm to 3:30 am.**Additional Information:**This is a **full time** (**100%** FTE), **permanent** position.
