Overview
As an RN at Arizona General Hospital, you will assess patient/family health problems and resources, implement and evaluate outcomes of a plan for nursing care. You will provide professional nursing care and interventions to acutely ill adult patient populations. The position requires serving one or more age groups, from young adults through geriatric patients, with an understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individual served. The employee is expected to participate in fulfilling the Mission of the organization and demonstrate behavior consistent with the Core Values. The employee will support the organization\'s strategic plan and the hospital-wide performance improvement plan.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient/family health problems and resources, implementation and outcomes evaluation of a plan for nursing care.
- Provide professional nursing care and interventions to acutely ill adult patient populations.
- Serve one or more age groups including young adults through geriatric patients, with appropriate consideration of developmental stage.
- Demonstrate understanding and participation in fulfilling the organization\'s Mission and Core Values.
- Support the organization\'s strategic plan and hospital-wide performance improvement goals.
Minimum Job Requirements
- AZ RN license or RN license from a Compact State.
- American Heart Association BLS Certification.
- ACLS certification.
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
Preferred
- One year of recent acute care experience preferred.
- BSN

Pay Range
$35.00 - $58.63 /hour
