Responsibilities
- Assess patient/family health problems and resources; implement and evaluate outcomes of a plan for nursing care.
- Provide professional nursing care and interventions to acutely ill adult patient populations.
- Provide service to one or more age groups including young adults through geriatric patients, demonstrating an understanding of the functional/developmental age of the individual served.
- Participate in fulfilling the Mission of the organization and support the hospital's performance improvement plan.
- Demonstrate behavior consistent with the Core Values.
Job Requirements (Minimum)
- AZ RN license or RN license from a Compact State.
- American Heart Association BLS Certification.
- ACLS certification.
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
Preferred
- One year recent acute care experience.
- BSN.

Pay Range
$35.00 - $58.63 /hour
