Job Responsibility:

Fitness Center Attendants are responsible for supervising and maintaining the fitness center.

Responsibilities:

• Meet and greet members as they enter the fitness center
• Answer guest questions regarding fitness equipment
• Ensure the fitness center remains clean and organized for members
• Monitor all activities within the fitness center
• Enforce fitness center policies and procedures to ensure the safety of all members and guests
• Assess fitness equipment for safety and functionality

Qualifications:

• Possesses a commitment and eagerness to provide excellent customer service
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or previous related experience and/or training
• Knowledge of or willingness to learn about fitness equipment and its proper use
• Exceptional member and customer service skills with the ability to develop and uphold relationships with members
• Commitment to regular and reliable attendance
• Organized, able to think and act quickly and effectively while retaining self-composure
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely and uphold a positive and enthusiastic attitude
