Role

As a Respiratory Therapist, you will administer respiratory therapy care and life support to patients with deficiencies and abnormalities of the cardiopulmonary system under the supervision of a physician by prescription and in accordance with established policies and applicable state laws.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting and caring for patients with breathing disorders
• Documenting and recording patient information
• Communicating with supervisors, peers, and subordinates
• Organizing, planning, and prioritizing work
• Assessing, treating, and caring for patients with breathing disorders

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy from a COARC-accredited school
• Florida License, RRT
• NRP within 90 days of employment
• BLS
