We are seeking an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to join our growing team. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of project delivery, from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to join our growing team. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of project delivery, from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will bring proven leadership, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of the construction process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full project lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
- Lead project teams, including subcontractors, field staff, and consultants, to deliver successful outcomes.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, cost reports, and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control, and contract requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.
- Resolve issues proactively to keep projects on track.
- Mentor and support junior project managers, engineers, and field staff.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of project management experience in commercial, industrial or multi-family construction.
- Proven ability to manage projects $10M+ in size.
- Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, codes, and regulations.
- Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
