Project Manager
The Project Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing complex capital and operational projects from inception to completion. This role involves managing all aspects of project execution, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, and stakeholder communication. The Project Manager will drive successful project delivery by coordinating cross-functional teams, mitigating risks, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This position reports to the Lead Capital Projects Manager.

This position reports to the Lead Capital Projects Manager.
Roles:
- Project Planning and Execution: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with project goals. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget while maintaining quality standards.
- Budget and Financial Management: Develop and manage project budgets, tracking financial performance against planned expenditures. Identify opportunities for cost savings while ensuring the project meets its quality objectives. Proactively monitor project costs and make adjustments as needed to maintain fiscal responsibility.
- Risk Management and Quality Assurance: Monitor and assess project risks throughout the lifecycle, implementing proactive measures to address potential issues. Conduct regular risk assessments and communicate findings to stakeholders to ensure project stability. Ensure projects meet or exceed regulatory and quality standards.
- Leadership and Team Collaboration: Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and stakeholders, to execute project tasks effectively. Provide clear direction and foster a collaborative team environment, aligning project goals with organizational objectives. Mentor team members to enhance performance and development.

- Minimum of 7 years in project management, with at least 3 years managing large-scale or complex projects.
- Proficiency in project management tools, such as MS Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles, construction practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain focus under pressure.
- Primarily office-based with regular visits to project sites, including outdoor and industrial environments.
- May require extended hours and occasional travel to meet project deadlines and oversee operations.
- Exposure to varying weather conditions and industrial hazards; appropriate safety measures must be followed.
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
- Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
- Use of hands for typing and operating office equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations.
