We're Hiring: Project Manager - Construction
LMC Corporation is looking for a Project Manager with JOC experience and strong skills in Line Item Estimating to join our team. This role is all about taking ownership-managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and making sure projects deliver on time and on point.
What you'll do:
- Manage projects end-to-end: planning, scheduling, budgeting, execution, and close-out.
- Perform Line Item Estimating and ensure accurate pricing for JOC and other contract types.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to keep projects moving.
- Monitor budgets and expenses to drive profitability.
- Review and approve vendor/subcontractor payables and submit monthly invoices.
- Visit sites regularly to confirm quality, safety, and progress.
- Solve problems quickly and keep stakeholders in the loop with clear updates.
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience managing construction projects, with a strong background in Job Order Contracting (JOC).
- Expertise in Line Item Estimating.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills-you can juggle multiple projects at once.
- Familiarity with project management tools (Procore, MS Project, or similar).
- Solid understanding of construction processes, safety, and compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred; PMP certification is a plus.
