Summary:

We are representing a reputable general contractor seeking a driven Project Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of commercial and multifamily projects. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all phases of construction projects from award through closeout
  • Oversee project financial performance including budgets, cost codes, and invoices
  • Collaborate with Superintendents to build and maintain project schedules
  • Negotiate subcontracts and ensure compliance with scopes, specifications, and contracts
  • Build and maintain relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners
  • Supervise, train, and mentor project engineers and coordinators
  • Lead documentation processes including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and quality control
  • Coordinate inspections, testing, and project closeout activities including as-builts, warranties, and O&M manuals
Qualifications:
  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of project management experience with a proven record of delivering commercial projects
  • Multifamily construction project experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of estimating, scheduling, contract law, and construction methods
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with MS Project, Procore, or similar tools
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
  • Experience with Retail, Hospitality, Healthcare, Multifamily, Mixed-Use, Senior Housing, or Affordable Housing projects
  • LEED AP, CCM, or PMP certification
