Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of construction projects from award through closeout
- Oversee project financial performance including budgets, cost codes, and invoices
- Collaborate with Superintendents to build and maintain project schedules
- Negotiate subcontracts and ensure compliance with scopes, specifications, and contracts
- Build and maintain relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners
- Supervise, train, and mentor project engineers and coordinators
- Lead documentation processes including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and quality control
- Coordinate inspections, testing, and project closeout activities including as-builts, warranties, and O&M manuals
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of project management experience with a proven record of delivering commercial projects
- Multifamily construction project experience preferred
- Strong understanding of estimating, scheduling, contract law, and construction methods
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with MS Project, Procore, or similar tools
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience with Retail, Hospitality, Healthcare, Multifamily, Mixed-Use, Senior Housing, or Affordable Housing projects
- LEED AP, CCM, or PMP certification
