- Lead and oversee all aspects of construction projects to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Review project estimates, track budgets, and manage costs to maintain strong job margins.
- Ensure strict compliance with all contract terms and project specifications.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, subcontractors, and consultants.
- Provide accurate and timely project updates, reports, and forecasts.
- Partner with Superintendents to ensure project milestones are met or exceeded.
- Manage and mentor project team members, ensuring adherence to company policies and processes.
- Administer project closeout procedures including punch lists, documentation, and final reporting.
- Oversee project documentation including submittals, RFIs, schedules, change orders, insurance compliance, and procurement logistics.
- A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field-or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing commercial construction projects.
- Proven leadership abilities and a strong track record of successful project execution.
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills with a sharp attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to lead meetings and coordinate across teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with scheduling and construction management software is preferred.
