Base pay range: $75,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr. This range is provided by SnapDragon Associates, LLC. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead our marketing efforts from the ground up
• Write compelling content for email, social, and outbound campaigns
• Design and execute targeted ad campaigns and drip sequences
• Support business development through strategic lead generation
• Build SEO strategy and monitor performance using Google Analytics
• Lead brand storytelling across digital channels and trade events
• Create landing pages aligned to the buyer’s journey
• Help shape our visual brand and support team video content
• Coordinate trade show strategy, marketing materials, and team events
• Bring creative energy and fresh ideas to our growing firm

Ideal Background

• 3–7+ years in a sales, agency marketing, or recruiting-focused marketing role
• Proven ability to generate leads and support revenue growth
• Understanding of website design and UX to support landing page optimization
• Experience with tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Google Analytics
• Strong copywriting and campaign-building skills
• Ability to think big picture while owning day-to-day execution
• Passion for building brand presence and driving business visibility
