As a Journeyman Electrician, you'll play a critical role in making those events possible by ensuring the building's electrical, telecommunications, and A/V systems operate safely and efficiently.

As a Journeyman Electrician, you'll play a critical role in making those events possible by ensuring the building's electrical, telecommunications, and A/V systems operate safely and efficiently.
What You'll Do:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, lighting, data/phone lines, fiber optics, and event-related A/V systems.
- Support large-scale events by setting up and maintaining electrical and A/V equipment.
- Maintain emergency systems, including generators, fire alarms, UPS units, and security systems.
- Assist with heating/cooling controls, snow removal, and general facility maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with safety, fire, and electrical codes.
- High School Diploma or GED plus completion of an electrical apprenticeship program.
- At least five (5) years of electrician experience.
- Valid Journeyman Electrician License (Master Electrician License preferred).
- Experience with PLCs, VFDs, and electrical testing equipment.
- Ability to work independently, troubleshoot problems quickly, and support both daily operations and major events.
- Flexibility to work some nights, weekends, and on-call shifts.
