$101,061.00/yr - $125,397.00/yr

Job Title: Manager Human Resources

Position Summary: Plans, supervises, coordinates, and performs human resources services and advising to management and staff in recruitment, employee communications, employee relations, HRIS and records, and job classification and compensation. Coordinates human resources activities with other district functions to serve school sites, departments, and programs.

Experience And Education

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, psychology, education or related discipline and three years of progressive and varied experience in human resources with two years specializing in a specific function. Additional higher education may substitute for some experience.

Experience with credential analysis and assignment monitoring is highly desirable.
