Summary These individuals will be responsible for driving internal and external communication strategies that support business goals, employee engagement, and project execution particularly within the life insurance domain. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage internal communication plans (emails, newsletters, intranet updates, town halls).Collaborate with HR, leadership, and project teams to ensure consistent and strategic messaging. Support change management initiatives and employee engagement efforts. Create content that enhances understanding of company policies, benefits, and culture. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate communication across departments. Assist in project delivery and communication planning aligned with business priorities. Required Skills Qualifications Project Management experience with a strong understanding of delivery timelines and stakeholder coordination. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to convey complex information clearly.Life Insurance domain experience as a Business Analyst, Tester, or Developer. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally. Familiarity with corporate communication tools and platforms. Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
