Role Description:
Role OverviewThe Salesforce Business Analyst acts as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. This role ensures that Salesforce implementations align with business goals and deliver high-quality solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesStakeholder Engagement Serve as the primary liaison between business units and development teams to ensure clear communication and alignment.Requirement Gathering Document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for Salesforce projects.Backlog Management Prioritize and refine the product backlog based on business needs and stakeholder feedback.Collaboration Work closely with developers to design and implement Salesforce solutions. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration.User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Lead UAT efforts to validate that solutions meet defined requirements.Training Support Provide end-user training and ongoing support for Salesforce functionalities.Continuous Improvement Monitor and optimize Salesforce processes and workflows.Documentation Maintain comprehensive documentation including requirements, user stories, and training materials.QualificationsEducation Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.Experience Minimum of 58 years in Salesforce technology consulting, business analysis, or product ownership.Certifications Salesforce Certified Administrator and Advanced Administrator are highly desirable.Technical SkillsSalesforce Sales Cloud and Certinia PSAApex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), FlowsAgile methodologies and tools like JIRAExperience with Apex batch classes for financial metrics automationSoft SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication and stakeholder managementAbility to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams
