Role Summary
We are seeking a Business Process Analyst to support and enhance CR-related platforms and workflows across hotel and corporate operations. This role serves as a strategic bridge between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that CR initiatives are supported by scalable systems and optimized processes.

The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to document, analyze, and improve key workflows-such as Green Engage, HERO, Community Tracker, and CSRD-while contributing to solution design and change management efforts. This is an ideal opportunity for a process-minded analyst with a passion for ESG and emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to document and visualize current-state business processes and workflows.
• Identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and improvement opportunities through process mapping and analysis.
• Develop process documentation using industry-standard tools and methodologies.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to validate findings and gather requirements.
• Recommend process improvements and assess change management impacts.
• Partner with solution architects and analyze data from multiple systems.
• Define and document future-state requirements with business and technical teams.
• Track progress and communicate updates through reports and stakeholder briefings.
• Contribute to practical, scalable solution designs aligned with CR goals.

Key Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in business process analysis, business analysis, or related roles.
• Proficiency in process mapping tools such as Visio or Lucidchart.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to deconstruct complex workflows.
• Solid data literacy and ability to interpret process performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills across diverse stakeholder groups.
• High technical aptitude and interest in ESG platforms and emerging technologies.
• Creative problem-solving skills with a focus on practical, impactful solutions.
• Prior exposure to ESG, Corporate Responsibility, or technology sectors preferred.
