Business Analyst Job at Hornet Staffing, Inc, a GEE Group company in Atlanta

This is a W2 contract role.

🔑 What You’ll Do:

• Partner with business stakeholders to document, analyze, and improve critical processes.
• Lead process mapping, workflow visualization, and documentation (Visio, Lucidchart).
• Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and recommend process improvements.
• Facilitate workshops and present findings to executive leadership.
• Collaborate with technical teams to define future-state requirements and system solutions.
• Support sustainability and ESG-related reporting tools (e.g., Green Engage, HERO, CSRD).

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in sustainability management or related tools is highly preferred.
• Strong background in process flow diagrams, documentation, and RFP analysis .
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to senior leaders.
• Proficiency in process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart).
• Solid data literacy with the ability to analyze and interpret performance metrics.
• Knowledge of IT applications and systems integration.
