- Lead requirements workshops, elicit business and functional needs, and produce process documentation.

- Collaborate with technical teams to design, configure, test, and deliver Salesforce enhancements.

- Prioritize user stories, manage enhancements backlog, and track progress across milestones.

- Create reports, dashboards, and training materials train and support end-users post-implementation.

- Continuously assess business processes for optimization and recommend best practices.
