Westboro, MA . Candidates must have strong experience in translating business needs into Salesforce solutions and managing enhancement backlogs. Rate Range:
$49/hour to 64/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Business Analyst Job Responsibilities Include Lead requirements workshops to gather and document business and functional needs. Collaborate with technical teams to design, configure, test, and deliver Salesforce enhancements. Prioritize user stories and manage the enhancements backlog, ensuring timely progress across milestones. Create reports, dashboards, and training materials, and support end-user’s post-implementation. Continuously assess and optimize business processes, recommending Salesforce best practices. Bridging communication between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure solution alignment with business goals. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field. Minimum of 5+ years as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years working on Salesforce projects. Strong ability to lead requirements workshops and translate business needs into actionable Salesforce user stories. Proven experience in creating reports, dashboards, and training materials to support user adoption and process optimization. Pay Details:
