As an ITSM Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and reporting data trends to support decision-making processes.
You will work with generic technology platforms to extract and visualize operational data, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and report data trends from multiple internal sources.
Ensure data quality and integrity through new analytical techniques.
Create and communicate process artifacts, including complex workflow diagrams.
Identify trends and anomalies to inform process improvements.
Manage software onboarding and maintain accurate records in the asset repository.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
3 years of hands-on experience in ITSM operations.
Strong understanding of ITIL practices; certification preferred.
Experience with generic technology workflows and reporting.
Excellent communication skills with all levels of IT and business management.
