Job Description:
Our client is looking for a Deskside Support Tech to help with the hands-on troubleshooting tickets for their internal downtown team. This person will be working on tickets including password resets, asset requests, or network connectivity. This person will be a joining a 4 person team and working in an environment with a lot of room to grow.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3 + years of internal employee IT Support experience within Windows environment
1+ year of resolving 20-40 tickets a week MINIMUM
- 50% must be desk-side hardware focused
- 1+ year of Active Directory experience
- Mac computer troubleshooting experience (mobile device troubleshooting is a PLUS)
- Background troubleshooting/installing A/V equipment
- Proficient knowledge in the assembly of -desktop and laptop computers
