Direct message the job poster from TPA technologies We are looking for a client-facing Integration Software Engineer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will design, build, and deploy integration solutions that connect our platform with client and partner systems. You’ll play a key part in helping clients onboard and interact with our platform seamlessly, acting as both an engineer and a trusted technical advisor. This is a highly technical role ideal for someone who loves solving complex integration problems and collaborating directly with clients. What You’ll Do: Gather and define technical requirements by working directly with clients and partners. Design and implement integration patterns that connect our product suite with client systems. Develop, test, and deploy API-based solutions using Node.js/TypeScript (or similar technologies). Collaborate closely with product and technical teams to build and enhance integrations using existing APIs and infrastructure. Build configurable solutions that adapt to each client’s specific needs—extending platform capabilities where required. Serve as a client-facing technical expert, explaining integration capabilities to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Partner with internal engineering teams to provide feedback and enhance API and integration features. Troubleshoot issues, resolve client challenges, and recommend best practices for integration and security. About You: 5+ years of experience as an Integration Engineer, Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, or Software Engineer focused on enterprise integrations . Hands-on experience designing and implementing integrations for complex systems . Skilled in developing Microservices and APIs using Node.js/TypeScript (or similar modern programming languages). Familiarity with Enterprise Integration Patterns . Practical knowledge of AWS cloud services and best practices is preferred. Strong understanding of security, scalability, and system architecture in both cloud and on-premises environments. Exceptional client-facing communication skills—you can explain technical solutions clearly to both technical and business audiences. Team player comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment . Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field—or equivalent relevant experience. Minimal travel required, but must be willing to visit client sites when needed.
