The facility features a 12-15 bed department and provides care across two hospital locations (Deaconess and Valley Hospital), offering providers a diverse and challenging clinical experience.

Critical Care Medicine/Nocturnist
Job Details:
• 12-hour nocturnist shifts from 6pm-6am
• Two weeks per month schedule
• Maternity leave coverage from approximately November through end of February
• Performing ventilation management (both invasive ETT/NT/Tracheostomy and non-invasive BiPAP/CPAP)
• Evaluation and management of acute volume/BP issues
• Insertion of central lines, arterial lines, and PA catheters required
• Temporary placement and ICP evaluation and management
• Insertion of Intra-Aortic Balloon pump (IABP) required
• Chest tube insertion preferred but not required
• Dialysis catheter placement preferred but not required
• Diagnostic/therapeutic procedures (lumbar puncture, paracentesis, thoracentesis) preferred but not required
• Must be licensed in Washington state or have IMLC
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
