Beacon Hill
A well-established boutique firm is seeking an attorney with 5+ years of experience as a Commercial Real Estate Attorney with strong leasing experience to join their Chicago office. Attorneys should have worked in an established private practice firm, and be able to draft and negotiate leases independently, with a strong emphasis on retail leasing and development on the landlord / developer side.
This firm is on a flexible hybrid model (2x per week) and base compensation is expected to be between $200-240k depending on level of experience and billable hour target.
