We are working with a very successful boutique real estate law firm seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join the team in Chicago. Location: West Loop area – 2 days onsite, 3 days remote. Hybrid remote/office schedule. Salary range: $200,000–$240,000 per year. Job details
The firm is seeking a mid-level Associate to join their real estate transactional law practice, with a strong emphasis on retail leasing and development on the landlord / developer side. The candidate should have strong prior leasing experience, preferably at a firm, rather than in-house. Billable hours target: 1900 per year. Along with your resume, submit a short list of the types of landlords and developers you have represented, the types of projects you have worked on, and the types of tenants you have negotiated with in the past.
