Alpha Woman Association is a nonprofit business accelerator advancing women through education, funding, and partnerships. We’re seeking a creative and organized Social Media Manager who can bring our digital presence to life across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
This is a great opportunity for someone who loves storytelling, design, and women’s leadership and wants to grow with a brand that’s scaling nationally.
Responsibilities
Develop and manage a monthly content calendar Create visually aligned graphics and short-form video content (Reels, carousels, stories) Write strong, engaging captions that reflect AWA’s confident, empowering, and professional voice Support marketing campaigns for upcoming events, partnerships, and programs Monitor engagement and community interactions (DMs, comments, tags) Collaborate directly with our Founder & Chairwoman on brand strategy and creative direction Ideal Candidate
Skilled in Canva, CapCut (or similar editing apps), and social scheduling tools Strong writing, copyediting, and storytelling skills Eye for design and consistency with brand aesthetics (clean, bold, professional) Understands trends in women’s leadership, business, and lifestyle content Organized, reliable, and self-motivated What We Offer
