Our Managing Partner leads a fast-paced, growing practice, and we are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to bring structure, foresight, and seamless execution to daily operations. This is not a standard administrative role — it’s a strategic partnership that keeps the Managing Partner focused on high-value priorities while ensuring the rest of the business runs smoothly. Key Responsibilities Managing Partner Support & Executive Operations Oversee the Managing Partner’s calendar with strong judgment — prioritizing meetings, protecting focus time, and anticipating conflicts before they arise Manage daily communications, including high-volume email inbox management, ensuring urgent matters are flagged and responses are timely Draft, edit, and format professional correspondence, memos, and sensitive legal/firm documents Prepare the Managing Partner for key meetings with background materials, agendas, and follow-up tracking Track and log the Managing Partner’s billable and non-billable time to ensure accurate reporting and compliance Information Flow & Task Management Implement and maintain systems to track open tasks, deadlines, and deliverables across the firm Monitor assigned tasks to junior attorneys and staff to ensure accountability, timely progress, and completion Capture and organize action items from meetings, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks Serve as the Managing Partner’s liaison — relaying priorities, following up with team members, and keeping the right people accountable Operations & Administrative Excellence Protect confidentiality at all times — exercising discretion and professionalism in sensitive situations Execute administrative and personal tasks with speed, thoroughness, and a solutions-oriented mindset Proactively identify ways to streamline processes, save time, and increase efficiency for the Managing Partner and the firm Who You Are A seasoned Executive Assistant with 5 years supporting a CEO, Managing Partner, or senior executive Skilled in email and task management, able to prioritize and triage with clarity Adept at holding others accountable for deadlines while maintaining professionalism and tact Highly organized and resourceful — thrives in fast-moving environments with competing priorities Strong emotional intelligence; calm under pressure and diplomatic in communication Proficient in Microsoft 365, Clio, and modern productivity/project management tools Clear and concise communicator — both written and verbal — with strong documentation skills Flexible to support occasional evening or weekend needs Compensation and Benefits Salary:

$75,000-$90,000, depending on experience Benefits:
