The
Data Migration Lead , responsible for assessing existing solutions and infrastructure to facilitate seamless migration to the cloud. Your expertise will be instrumental in planning, delivering, and implementing application and data migration strategies that leverage scalable, high-performance solutions across both private and public cloud technologies. The Work: Assess current solutions and infrastructure to identify opportunities for cloud migration. Plan, deliver, and implement scalable and high-performance application and data migration solutions. Utilize private and public cloud technologies to drive next-generation business outcomes. Act as a subject matter expert in data migration and cloud technologies. Lead, collaborate with, and manage a high-performing team to ensure effective decision-making and execution. Engage with multiple teams, contributing to key decisions and providing cross-functional solutions. Address and resolve complex problems with solutions that apply across various teams. Here’s what you need: Proven experience in data migration and cloud technologies Strong leadership and team management skills Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Expertise in designing and implementing scalable cloud solutions Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Eligibility requirements: U.S. Citizen The base pay range for this position in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, and the District of Columbia is $108,400—$203,400 USD.
