Human Resources Generalist

JK Executive Strategies is proud to partner with an industry-leading manufacturer in the color pigments space in search of a Human Resources Generalist to join its team!
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to manage day-to-day HR operations, support employees and managers, and contribute to organizational success.

Responsibilities
Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests and provide assistance-this includes requests from employees, managers and external partners. Assist in handling employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions. Support the recruitment/hiring process by?managing the ATS, screening candidates, requesting?background checks, issuing offer letters, etc. Perform orientations, onboarding and update records with new hires. Maintain records of employee-related data - both paper and electronic versions to ensure all employment requirements are met and in compliance. Perform administrative support duties as needed by the Human Resources team Support training and development initiatives across departments. Collaborate with other functions to include but not limited to Finance, Operations, Benefits and Payroll. Coordinate Human Resources events. Assist in ad-hoc HR projects, such as employee engagement surveys. Perform all other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration or human resources management or related experience is required. Experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred. Proven experience in a relevant Human Resources role. Knowledge of HR processes, compliance and best practices. Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular). Experience and confidence with HR systems to include HRIS/HCM and ATS, experience with hands-on employee data management, employee data analytics and reporting as well as candidate data management and reporting. Bamboo HR and ADP experience preferred. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills at all levels. Ability to handle all aspects of Human Resources confidentially. Strong organizational, time management and teamwork skills. Human Resources certification is a plus.
Salary Range
$75k-$85k
