Duration: 6 months contract (with possible extension and conversion)
Location: Charlotte, NC 28202/ New York, Ny (Hybrid - 4 Days In/ 1 Day Remote)
Payrate: $81/hr on w2
Summary:
This contractor will be supporting an Enterprise-wide project to complete a broad assessment of financial crimes programs to potentially make changes to a variety of areas such as the risk/control environment. This individual will be driving assessment and project execution across the business and control functions within Commercial Investment Banking. This individual will act as a senior team member but will be expected to contribute to hands on work in addition to their normal duties.
Job Description:
Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Business Execution. Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking. Provide expertise to client senior leadership on innovative Business Execution business solutions. Strategically engage with client personnel.
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
DUTIES:
Drive project deliverables by creating project plans, organizing key items, scheduling meetings, communicating updates to leadership Collaborate with business and control teams Support RCSA assessment work Review compliance requirements to determine applicability Identify controls to mitigate risk
TOP SKILLS:
Advanced skills in MS Excel for data analysis and project plans Strong experience with risk management and control assessment Ability to assess and implement risk, control, and/or regulatory requirements Project Management and organizational skills Strong skills in MS Word, PowerPoint, and outlook.
