Strategic Staffing Solutions is hiring Bank Risk and Compliance Manager, Sr. No C2C for this role, W2 only PROJECT DETAILS

The consultant will be supporting an Enterprise-wide project to complete a broad assessment of financial crimes programs to potentially make changes to a variety of areas such as the risk/control environment. This individual will be driving assessment and project execution across the business and control functions within Commercial Investment Banking. This individual will act as a senior team member but will be expected to contribute to hands on work in addition to their normal duties. DUTIES

Drive project deliverables by creating project plans, organizing key items, scheduling meetings, communicating updates to leadership Collaborate with business and control teams Support RCSA assessment work Review compliance requirements to determine applicability Identify controls to mitigate risk TOP SKILLS

Advanced skills in MS Excel for data analysis and project plans Strong experience with risk management and control assessment Ability to assess and implement risk, control, and/or regulatory requirements Project Management and organizational skills Strong skills in MS Word, PowerPoint, outlook, etc. Consultant type mindset – BIG 4 experience preferred but not necessary. If no big 4 experience, must have large financial institution exp Great communication and personality Controls/business side risk Financial Crimes and RCSA is a plus Small piece of day to day is meeting minutes and some admin work Data work and project mgmt / analysis Seniority level
