The Role:

Stukent is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team. The role will report to the VP of Revenue Operations and will own the marketing operations function, driving alignment across marketing, sales, and RevOps to optimize systems, processes, and reporting that fuel revenue growth.

You'll serve as a critical connector between departments, ensuring strategic vision translates into scalable, data-driven initiatives. This role is highly collaborative, working with the VP of Marketing, Salesforce Administrator, and sales leaders to maximize the impact of Salesforce tools, enhance the customer journey, and enable marketing to deliver measurable results.

What You'll Accomplish

Marketing Automation & Campaigns

Own and optimize Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) for lead generation, nurturing, and conversion. Configure, execute, and manage technical aspects of marketing automation campaigns, ensuring proper segmentation by product, vertical, and company-wide needs. Maintain email database quality (list hygiene, de-duplication, enrichment) to ensure a single source of truth. Data & Analytics

Build and maintain campaign attribution models to measure ROI and inform strategic decisions. Leverage Salesforce, GA4, Looker Studio, Google Sheets, and other analytics tools to track and analyze marketing performance. Provide regular KPI reports with actionable insights to leadership. Monitor and improve customer journeys, identifying friction points and recommending enhancements. Process & Technology

Evaluate and implement marketing technologies to improve efficiency and scalability. Document and optimize workflows to reduce friction and enable revenue growth. Act as a subject matter expert for the marketing tech stack, training and supporting team members. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with the Director of Revenue Operations and Sales to ensure seamless lead handoff, tracking, and reporting. Collaborate with various teams to align strategies and drive consistent implementation of processes. Support sales enablement initiatives as needed. What You Bring to the Table

Preferred: Hands-on expertise with Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) and Salesforce CRM integration. Strong skills in email marketing, data analysis, customer journey mapping, and campaign attribution. Strong project management and collaboration skills Proficiency with analytics tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, and Google Sheets functions. Familiarity with website tools (WordPress, Framer) and automation tools (Zapier, FormAssembly). Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Bonus: Experience with loyalty/referral programs. Qualifications

Earned or pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in marketing operations or a related role preferred. Benefits & Perks:
