Job Description

Lead project planning, budgeting, and scheduling Manage subcontractor procurement, coordination, and performance Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and consultants Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual standards Oversee project documentation, reporting, and closeout procedures Mentor and support Assistant Project Managers and field staff MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field 5+ years of experience in commercial construction, with a focus on interiors or build-outs Proven track record of managing high-profile projects in urban environments Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project) Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced setting What's on Offer
