We are a well-established general contractor headquartered in the North Suburbs of Chicago, with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality Light Industrial projects throughout the region. Our team is known for its collaborative culture, technical expertise, and commitment to excellence. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a seasoned Project Manager to lead key projects and drive success from pre-construction through closeout.

Job Description
  • Manage multiple Light Industrial projects ranging from $5M-$30M.
  • Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively address issues.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.
  • Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders.
  • Oversee project documentation and closeout procedures.

The Successful Applicant
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
  • Experience with Light Industrial projects is strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and scheduling tools.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
