Bilingual Customer Logisitics Coordinator
Location:
Onsite - Eden Prairie, MN
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Pay : $22.58/hour

As a Bilingual Customer Logistics Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of daily logistics operations. You'll manage shipment orders, coordinate with carriers, and ensure everything runs efficiently and accurately. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction and operational success.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and manage shipment orders, build and assign loads, and schedule delivery appointments. Track shipments, manage invoicing, and maintain accurate financial records. Handle carrier payments and resolve non-standard payment activities. Respond to order rejections, cancellations, and booking updates. Monitor shared inboxes and task boards to address customer and carrier needs. Document shipment events and escalate issues when needed. Ensure data accuracy across internal systems. Follow up with customers and carriers to confirm satisfaction. Support the team with additional tasks as needed. What You'll Bring High school diploma or GED Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, ideally in logistics, transportation, or a call center environment Strong communication skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Ability to pass a background check (including education and employment verification) Bilingual in Spanish is required!
