We are seeking a Site Reliability Engineer with experience in Java, open-source technologies, and incident management. Job Description
Act as the primary point of contact for issue management, addressing emergency situations and high-severity incidents with speed and professionalism. Collaborate with technology teams, product owners, and stakeholders to investigate, analyze, and resolve issues effectively. Drive the resolution process end-to-end, ensuring accountability and progress towards closure. Provide periodic updates on issue status to leadership and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment. Coordinate across teams to facilitate solutions, remove roadblocks, and ensure timely incident resolution. Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying root causes and preventing recurrence of critical issues. Utilize problem-solving skills to design reliable, long-living solutions. Demonstrate exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, collaborating with cross-functional teams. Handle day-to-day operations, troubleshooting, and performing root cause analysis (RCA). Apply knowledge of Agile methodology. Must be local to Fort Lauderdale, FL geography. Requirements: Mid-level experience (5-8 years), Bachelor's degree, and at least 4+ years of experience in Java and open-source technologies.
