Chicago , who are actively looking to recruit an Associate to join their
Trusts & Estates
group. Responsibilities Work with the lead Partners in the firm's Chicago office. Handle a broad array of estate/wealth planning matters, including preparation of related documents, probate and trust administration, drafting premarital agreements, and the research and analysis of complex state law and federal tax law issues. Counsel families and individuals regarding the administration and disposition of their estates through basic and sophisticated lifetime, estate and charitable planning. Qualifications and Requirements Ideally have a min of 1 year(s) of Trusts & Estate experience. Strong writing and case management skills. The company is offering: Anticipated Base Pay range (dependent on experience): $180k-$280k per annum. Full time employees will be eligible to participate in the Firm’s benefits package. This includes 401(k) with discretionary profit-sharing, medical, dental, vision, and pet insurance, subsidized gym memberships and Employee Assistance Program. Enrollment is available without any premiums in short-term disability, long-term disability. Hybrid working arrangements - including remote. Paid sick leave where applicable by state law.
