I am currently working with an
AM LAW ranked legal practice
in
Chicago , who are actively looking to recruit an experienced attorney to join their growing
trusts & estates group . Responsibilities You will work closely with Partners across the firm\'s practice group on a broad range of sophisticated transactions. You will provide counsel to families and individuals regarding the administration and disposition of their estates through basic and sophisticated lifetime, estate and charitable planning. Handle probate administration, including opening/closing estates, preparing accountings and handling asset transfers. Prepare tax returns (including gift tax and estate tax returns). Qualifications and Requirements Minimum of 7 years of estate planning experience. Strong academics. Licensed to practice in Illinois. Strong writing and case management skills. The company is offering Anticipated base pay range (dependent on experience): $220k-$300k per annum. Full-time employees will be eligible to participate in the Firm’s benefits package, including 401(k) with discretionary profit-sharing, medical, dental, vision insurance, paid vacation and sick time off.
