What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead technical discovery and solution design during late-stage sales engagements for strategic clients Develop and execute complex implementation plans, ensuring seamless transitions to delivery and support teams Serve as the primary technical contact for advanced issues, including API integrations and product data feeds Mentor and coach junior Client Success Engineers, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development Develop technical enablement resources to support onboarding and client education at scale What is Required (Qualifications)
3+ years of experience in a client-facing technical role within SaaS, focusing on onboarding or solution engineering for enterprise clients Fluent in both written and spoken English Advanced expertise in REST and SOAP API integrations and troubleshooting Strong working knowledge of product data feed formats and FTP protocols Exceptional problem-solving and time management skills How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field 5+ years of experience in a client-facing technical role within SaaS Familiarity with remote-based training tools Project Management experience or certification (e.g., PMP, Agile) Demonstrated success in developing online technical training content We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
