Direct influence on the success and growth of the organization. Here Is What You Will Need: Bachelor's degree with a strong record of academic success. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or corporate development. Experience/background in the healthcare industry preferred but not required. Exceptional MS Excel, database, and PowerPoint skills. Familiarity with financial statement analysis and valuation techniques. Demonstrated ability to create PowerPoint materials for pitches and management presentations. Excellent multi-tasking and problem-solving skills. Able to define, collect, and document complex business and technical requirements. Analytical skill to quickly understand and contribute to strategic initiatives. Comfortable in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment with strong attention to detail. Highly adaptable. A Day in the Life of a Mergers & Acquisitions Senior Analyst: Provide services and support for valuation analysis, financial modeling, due diligence, and strategic initiatives. Support deal team and leadership with presentations and financial analysis. Collaborate with target company representatives and cross-functional teams.
