Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Billing Specialist located in Baltimore, MD. The Billing Specialist will be responsible for managing the billing process, preparing and issuing invoices, ensuring accurate client billing, and maintaining financial records. The role requires close attention to detail and effective communication with clients to address any billing inquiries or issues. Qualifications Experience with the billing process and client billing Proficiency in invoicing and accounting practices Strong communication skills and ability to interact with clients Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in a legal or immigration law setting is a plus Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred Seniority level:
