We are seeking an experienced Cisco UC / Voice Engineer to join our team and support enterprise-grade collaboration and network environments. This role will focus on Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Webex Calling, and Webex Contact Center administration, along with provisioning, SIP trunking, dial plans, and voice recording solutions such as Cistera.
The engineer will also ensure system availability, compliance, and performance across on-prem voice and hybrid cloud platforms, while integrating closely with the wireless and network infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and support Cisco CUCM, Webex Calling, and Webex Contact Center.
Provision devices, manage SIP trunks, dial plans, and voice gateways.
Manage and support Cistera Voice Recording platform.
Oversee certificate management and secure communications.
Monitor UC systems with LogicMonitor, SolarWinds, or WhatsUp Gold.
Integrate UC with Cisco Catalyst switching, 9800 WLC, and AP deployments.
Provide familiarity with Mist and Juniper wireless environments (nice-to-have).
Ensure high availability, compliance, and redundancy across UC systems.
Qualifications
8–10+ years of Cisco UC / Collaboration experience.
Strong expertise with CUCM, Webex, SIP, and voice recording platforms.
Familiarity with Cisco Catalyst, 9800 WLC, and wireless APs.
Monitoring tools (LogicMonitor, WhatsUp Gold, SolarWinds).
CCNP Collaboration or higher strongly preferred.
Excellent troubleshooting and incident response skills.
