Job Description
Lead and manage fullscope cost estimating for commercial and multifamily construction projects from conceptual budgeting through finalized bid preparation. Analyze project documents (drawings, specifications, RFPs) to develop accurate, competitive cost proposals. Solicit, review, and coordinate subcontractor quotes and vendor pricing. Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and assemble comprehensive cost breakdowns. Collaborate with preconstruction, operations, and design teams to refine scopes, valueengineer designs, and ensure estimates align with project goals. Monitor and track estimates, maintaining uptodate pricing and cost databases for materials, labor, and equipment. Present and justify estimates to leadership and clients, incorporating adjustments as needed. Contribute to process improvements-optimizing estimating workflows, templates, and software usage. The Successful Applicant
At least 3 years of professional estimating experience, ideally in commercial or multifamily construction. Strong familiarity with estimating software tools-Procore, Bluebeam, and other digital takeoff or estimating platforms preferred. Proven ability to perform detailed quantity takeoffs and construct costeffective, accurate bid packages. Excellent communication skills-able to partner with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients. Detailoriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Selfmotivated, collaborative, and adept at working in an ownershipminded, teamcentric environment. What's on Offer
