About the Team Zoom's Information Technology team is dedicated to delivering customer happiness, enhancing business efficiency, and fostering agility through innovation, data insights, and automation. Our impact is evident in seamless user experiences, streamlining processes, and supporting Zoom's growth in communication and collaboration. Responsibilities Delivering personalized support, onsite IT support for employees, executives, and VIPs—including hardware, software, access, conferencing, and networking. Managing IT asset inventory onsite, including configuration, deployment, tracking, maintenance, and secure disposal. Supporting local events, all-hands, and high-profile meetings, ensuring seamless collaboration technology experiences. Partnering with Infrastructure, SRE, Security, Network and Engineering teams to resolve cross-functional issues and drive innovation in employee technology. Troubleshooting and resolving incidents within established SLAs, escalating when needed. Contributing to IT projects and process improvements to enhance support efficiency and employee experience. What we’re looking for Have BS or MS in Science, Engineering, IS, or equivalent experience. 4+ years of experience in IT Support, End-User Services, or related roles in a dynamic environment. Possess solid technical knowledge across Windows, macOS, networking, VPNs, endpoint security, identity & access management, and mobile device management. Maintain troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills with solid attention to detail. Own experience with IT asset lifecycle management (configuration, deployment, tracking, compliance). Have experience with AV systems, conferencing platforms (Zoom), and event technology support. Possess certifications or proven expertise in Information Technology Infrastructure Library, Six Sigma, project management, Okta, Workspace ONE, AWS/Google Cloud, or Zoom are a bonus. Salary Range or On Target Earnings: Minimum: $73,300.00, Maximum: $169,500.00 In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed, Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus, and equity value. Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience. We also have a location-based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
