Partner closely with the sales team to implement a robust commercial strategy focused on pipeline penetration and volume potential in the region. Monitor the day-to-day activities of multiple branches, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, safety standards, and regulatory compliance. Partner closely with General Managers to improve day-to-day operations, driving standardized and scalable processes. Establish and monitor KPIs that drive operational excellence. Oversee financial performance, including forecasting, budgeting, and P&L management, to ensure regional profitability. Lead, mentor, and develop branch managers and project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance. Build a talent pipeline through coaching and mentoring of the broader team. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and key stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all projects meet or exceed company quality standards, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues. Risk Management: Evaluate and mitigate risks associated with construction projects, including financial, operational, and safety risks. Our Requirements Must have 10+ years multi-family restoration/construction experience Must have 3+ years of experience as a people leader Preferred – Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management Extensive network within construction, restoration, or facility services highly valued Ability to thrive in a highly dynamic, entrepreneurial, time-sensitive, collaborative environment. Prior leadership experience ideally in a high growth VC- or PE-backed environment preferred. Experience effectively communicating across different levels of the organization Knowledge of and experience in cost containment and risk management Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and Xactimate (and other estimating software) proficiency required Strong problem-solving skills Extensive knowledge in construction estimating Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent ability to prioritize, plan, and manage multiple projects and deadlines at the same time Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers and stakeholders Possess excellent attention to detail Ability to make sound decisions that positively affect project and profit outcomes Ability to work independently as a self-starter Must be able to work on-site at an office or jobsite as needed Must be able to travel regionally or nationally as needed, approximately 50% of the time Must be able to work overtime as needed to ensure job success Must have a satisfactory driving record per insurance requirements CAMP is an EOE employer and pay is DOE.
