Fill the role of a Wireless Specialist supporting the Department of State (DOS). This is an onsite position in Washington, D.C. with a day shift Monday-Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm. Provide wireless provisioning in support of the Department of State Vanguard Program, Customer Care and Support (CCS), Mobile Operations Division. Manage service activations/reactivations, communicate with distribution channels and DoS customers, and ensure data is available for prompt and accurate entry per company/agency standards and rate/multi-user plan requirements. Work within a multi-vendor/carrier environment. Perform telecom account maintenance (features, equipment, rate plans, address changes, referral credits) with knowledge of products, promotions, and services. Process wireless device orders via TSR or Ariba; notify and coordinate wireless device receipts with Bureau POCs. Monitor porting system queues and complete porting requests; advise customers when orders are complete. Follow up on returned equipment, deactivated accounts, and bill penalties for ported-out customers. Troubleshoot and resolve customer system setup issues; escalate to Wireless Manager if needed. Document issues in ServiceNow with details, updates, and steps taken to resolve. Create and maintain instructions for account setups, maintenance, and system information. Continually enhance knowledge of products, services, rate plans, and features. Perform additional related duties as requested, including account and system reconciliations. Additional Duties May Include: Device activations and re-activations. Remote access enrollments. Ticket escalations to Systems Team or engineers. Qualifications

Required Qualifications: AA Degree in related discipline and one year of related experience; or High School and two years of related experience. Experience in a multi-vendor/carrier environment. 2-3 years in a customer service role. Basic knowledge of wireless mobile device equipment (Android, iOS). Excellent communication and writing skills. Strong ability to provide and follow up on customer requirements. Onsite work Monday-Friday from 8:00AM-5:00PM. U.S. citizen with ability to obtain an active Secret clearance. Preferred Qualifications: Cellular order processing, credit evaluation, number porting, cellular switch experience, paging, voicemail, and database knowledge are a plus. What We Can Offer You

Salary Range: $40,000-50,000 The SkyePoint Decisions salary range is a general guideline and may vary by location, schedule, education, experience, and business considerations.
