Enterprise Data - Business Intelligence Analyst at DPR Construction. DPR Construction is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Data Analyst to lead the development and management of company-wide dashboards, with a focus on dashboards that support Enterprise Goals & Objectives and other strategic initiatives. Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with business stakeholders across all functional groups of DPR. Develop a deep understanding of processes, tools, and goals, and articulate how KPIs support those goals. Create, maintain and communicate detailed schedules for KPI development. Coordinate technical teams performing KPI development and communicate progress to business teams. Create, maintain and execute quality control practices to ensure accurate information for end users. Visualization / Storytelling: work with stakeholders to understand requirements, create and maintain dashboards and apps, deliver actionable insights to improve business processes, and track usage metrics to measure adoption and impact; perform ad-hoc analyses as required. Troubleshoot data integrity issues in reports, data sources, or visualization tools; identify root causes and provide solutions. Data Modeling and ETL: create complex data models in visualization tools, perform transformations, query data warehouse with SQL, clean data, identify new datasets and integrations, and collaborate with technical teams to build data views in DBT. Documentation: collaborate with Data Engineering to develop and maintain the data catalog; document queries, transformations, and refreshes for reports. Security / Governance: implement and maintain data security and governance guidelines; manage access to data assets and configure security measures as needed; establish and maintain row-level security in visualization tools. Change Management: perform impact analysis on reports when upstream changes occur; communicate impacts to stakeholders and customers. Coordination / Collaboration / Prioritization: identify opportunities for data collaboration, align with other groups, explore AI/ML/data science opportunities, and prioritize requests based on business impact and available resources. Training / Data Literacy: train end-users on using deployed dashboards and building reports; provide on-the-job training and work with teams to develop self-service analytics capabilities; improve data literacy across the organization. Data Subject Matter Expert: act as the data SME for availability, quality, processes, and technology; understand data pipeline architecture and its benefits/limitations; ensure source of truth systems are identified and operational. Qualifications

Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field, plus five (5) years of relevant experience; or Bachelor’s degree in one of the above plus seven (7) years of experience. Proven ability to manage large-scale analytics projects across multiple functional groups. Experience guiding business partners through KPI development. Construction experience preferred or strongly favored for industry context. Strong data and BI mindset with ability to translate business needs into data requirements and solve complex problems with data. Analytic skills including data mining, evaluation, analysis, and visualization. Ability to create semantic data models and understand dependencies between source systems. Experience with data visualization/BI tools (Power BI preferred) including creating and maintaining dataflows; REST and GraphQL APIs experience; SQL scripting proficiency. Strong business acumen and understanding of company operations to identify opportunities for better decision making. Excellent organizational, leadership, interpersonal, communication (written, verbal, and visual), and analytical skills. Proven ability to build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
