Avallonn is seeking a Chapter 7 Focused Bankruptcy Attorney to join their expanding team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience as a practicing Chapter 7 Attorney and an active AZ Bar license in good standing. About the Opportunity: The successful candidate will guide clients through case assessment, eligibility, and bankruptcy preparation, draft and file petitions, and represent clients at all required hearings. They will also negotiate with creditors and trustees, mentor others in customer care and communication, and collaborate with colleagues to integrate technology and financial awareness tools into client service. What You’ll Do Guide clients through case assessment, eligibility, and bankruptcy preparation Draft and file petitions, prepare schedules and disclosures, and represent clients at all required hearings Negotiate with creditors and trustees for the best possible client outcomes Mentor others in customer care, communication, and professionalism Collaborate with colleagues to integrate technology, credit rebuilding, and financial awareness tools into client service Help build the company's reputation for making stressed clients feel at ease and empowered What Makes You A Great Fit Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited school and an active, clean Arizona Bar license At least one year of Chapter 7 practice; additional state bars and debt settlement experience are a plus A minimum of 12 months in hospitality or direct client-service industry work in restaurants, bars, hotels, retail, counseling, or similar customer-focused environments Adaptable, skilled communicator and problem-solver A client-centered, non-confrontational interaction style Comfortable with technology: NextChapter, MS Office, CRM tools Eager for rapid onboarding (ready to go solo after 1–2 days of in-depth training) Compensation and Benefits Base Salary: $70,000–$75,000 annually, depending on experience. Profit Sharing: After 5 months, attorneys enter the profit-sharing track, starting at 10% and growing by 5% every six months, capped at 35% in year four.
